Traffic Accident on Nicosia-Larnaca Highway

A traffic accident occurred on the Nicosia-Larnaca highway around 18:30 on Wednesday.

The accident happened near the Pera Chorio Nisou exit when a driver, under circumstances being investigated, lost control of their vehicle.

Police and an ambulance rushed to the scene. The driver was taken to the hospital for examination. Their health condition is currently unclear.

The vehicle was removed from the road network around 18:40, and traffic is now flowing normally.
