Traffic Accident on Nicosia-Larnaca Highway: Driver in Hospital

A traffic accident occurred this afternoon on the Nicosia-Larnaca highway, causing heavy traffic congestion.

According to the Police, the accident happened near Pera Chorio, heading towards Larnaca, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with the guardrails.

Police officers and an ambulance immediately rushed to the scene, and the driver was taken to the hospital for examination. Heavy traffic is reported in the area.
