Video: Man in occupied territories drags dog with tractor

A shocking video of animal abuse is circulating online in the occupied territories. The video shows a man driving a tractor with a dog tied to it, dragging the animal along a highway in high summer temperatures.

According to Turkish Cypriot media, citizens tried to intervene, but the driver continued and allegedly threatened those filming him. The pseudo-authorities located the man and imposed a fine of approximately 160 euros.
