Video: Man in Black Throws Firecrackers Towards Occupied Territories

A video published by the Turkish Cypriot newspaper Kibris Gazetesi appears to confirm claims made by Turkish Cypriot leader, Tufan Erhürman, regarding objects being thrown towards the occupied territories.

In the video, a man dressed in black is seen throwing objects, including firecrackers, towards occupied Nicosia. The perpetrator is seen taking the firecrackers out of his pocket, igniting them, and throwing them.

The incident took place near the Markos Drakos roundabout, near Ledra Palace, with the objects being thrown towards Yiğitler Burcu, near the Green Line, according to Tufan Erhürman.

Tufan Erhürman stated that the United Nations and the Government have been informed about the incident. There were no injuries.
