Vorizia: Findings of the Autopsy on Fanouris Kargakis' Car

An autopsy was conducted on the car of Fanouris Kargakis, a victim of the bloody conflict in Vorizia, Crete. According to initial reports, the vehicle sustained a total of 17 shots from rifled weapons, such as pistols and Kalashnikovs, and three shots from a smoothbore weapon were also found.

According to the same information, a bullet from a Kalashnikov entered the car from the rear left side and exited from the left door. Fanouris Kargakis died from two wounds caused by Kalashnikov bullets.

Investigations are continuing to locate the weapons used in the conflict.
