Two Suspects Detained for Drug Trafficking in Larnaca

A five-day detention order was issued by the Larnaca District Court for two suspects, aged 44 and 26, in connection with a drug trafficking case.

The arrests were made by YKAN (Drug Law Enforcement Unit) during a coordinated operation in Larnaca. 42 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 29 MDMA (Ecstasy) pills, 14 grams of cannabis, precision scales, and 240 euros were found at the 44-year-old's residence.

The 26-year-old was also arrested for allegedly going to the 44-year-old's residence to buy methamphetamine.

The Larnaca District Unit of YKAN is investigating the case.
