The five Greek Cypriots facing 'charges' in the occupied territories are expected to appear before the 'military court' in occupied Nicosia.

On September 10, the 'military court' decided on the conditional release of three of them, who had been illegally detained since July 19.

The couple, who had been 'detained' for up to 3 months, were also released on bail on September 12 by the 'district court' of Trikomo. The proceedings are scheduled to resume on Friday.

The five Greek Cypriots have paid a monetary 'guarantee,' report weekly to the nearest 'police station,' surrendered their travel documents, and are subject to an 'exit ban' from the pseudo-state.
