Fluffy Yogurt Cake with Lemon: Easy Recipe

An easy and quick recipe for a fluffy yogurt cake with lemon, perfect for your afternoon treat. With simple ingredients and aromatic flavor, it's the perfect choice to accompany your coffee or tea.
Ingredients:
- 1 container of strained yogurt (200 g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 container of sunflower oil or light olive oil
- 2 containers of sugar
- 3 containers of all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 vanilla
- Powdered sugar for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
- Add the yogurt and oil and continue mixing.
- Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and lemon zest and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan.
- Bake for about 40–45 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
