An illustrated biography of Pedro Pascal, titled "Hispanic Star: Pedro Pascal," is set to be released in early September. The book is written by Claudia Romo Edelman and Carla Arenas Valenti, with illustrations by Marcelo Baez, and will be available in English and Spanish.

The "Hispanic Star" series by Roaring Brook Press aims to highlight figures with significant contributions to American culture.

The book's summary states that Pedro Pascal was born in Chile and spent his early years in San Antonio, Texas, where his family sought asylum during the Pinochet dictatorship. He studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and became known for his roles in "Game of Thrones," "The Mandalorian," and "The Last of Us."

Additionally, it is revealed that Pedro Pascal changed his name from Balmaceda to Pascal to honor the memory of his mother, Veronica Pascal.
