Jane Austen's 250th Birthday Celebrated in Bath

Thousands celebrated the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth in Bath, England. The festival, which lasted 10 days (September 13-21), attracted over 3,000 visitors from around the world.
The city was transformed into a living set inspired by Austen's books, with activities such as walks, performances, seminars, dances, and the Grand Regency Costumed Promenade. The program also included the Regency Ball, screenings, themed markets, and dance lessons.
