Easy Shrimp Pasta in 20 Minutes

A quick and delicious shrimp pasta recipe ready in 20 minutes. It uses frozen shrimp, pesto, and parmesan for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg frozen shrimp
- 1 package pasta (or linguine)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 chili pepper
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Few basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons pesto
Instructions:
- Thaw, clean, and dry the shrimp.
- Marinate the shrimp with garlic, chili, paprika, olive oil, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Boil the shrimp shells in water for 15 minutes and strain the broth.
- Boil the pasta.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, add broth, and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the pan and mix.
- Remove from heat, add pesto, and mix.
- Serve with basil and parmesan.
