Queen of Famagusta Carnival 2026 Unveiled

Adamantini Kosma was unveiled as the new Queen of the Famagusta Carnival 2026 at a press conference held at the Paralimni - Deryneia City Hall.

The Deputy Mayor of Paralimni, Kleanthis Koutsoftas, thanked Ms. Kosma and invited the public to participate in the events, culminating in the parade on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Paralimni.

Ms. Kosma expressed her emotion and confidence in the success of this year's carnival, calling on everyone to participate.

Kostas Michael, President of the Culture Committee, described the Famagusta Carnival as "the warmest and friendliest carnival in Cyprus" and referred to the rich program of events, including the Queen's coronation on February 12, the evening parade on February 21, and the grand parade on February 22, 2026.
