Asparagus Quiche Recipe

An easy recipe for asparagus quiche, perfect for summer mornings. The recipe includes a crispy crust and a rich filling.
Ingredients:
For the crust: 250g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 100g cold butter in cubes, 75g milk.
For the filling: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 6 sliced mushrooms, 500g asparagus cut in half, 120g water, 3 eggs, 200g milk, 80g grated Gruyère cheese, 20g grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, salt, pepper.
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients for the crust and leave it in the refrigerator. Sauté the vegetables for the filling. Beat the eggs with the remaining filling ingredients. Spread the dough in the tart pan, add the filling and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
