A refreshing and easy recipe for homemade cheesecake ice cream without an ice cream maker. Follow the steps to create a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6-7 crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, etc.) in pieces

Instructions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese in the mixer bowl. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until fully absorbed.
  2. Lower the mixer speed and slowly add the milk until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Finally, incorporate the biscuits and fruits, gently stirring with a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or divide it into ice cream molds, add the sticks, and freeze in the freezer for at least 5 hours before serving.
