Recipe: Apricot Jam with Lavender Aroma

An easy and aromatic recipe for apricot jam with lavender aroma, ideal for summer mornings.
Ingredients: 2 kg apricots, 1 kg sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 4 lavender flower tops (seeds only).
Instructions: Wash and cut the apricots, cover them with sugar, and simmer for about half an hour. Add lemon juice and lavender. Fill hot sterilized jars and let them cool upside down.
Sterilization: Wash the jars and lids and leave them in a preheated oven at 100°C for 15 minutes.
