Recipe: Potato Salad - An Easy and Delicious Dish

A tasty and easy recipe for potato salad, ideal as a side dish or a standalone meal. It is prepared in about 15 minutes and is suitable for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 900 g potatoes, cubed
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pickle relish
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and let them cool.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the potatoes with the dressing, slightly mashing the potatoes.
- Add the celery, pickles, chives, dill, and eggs (if used).
- Mix gently and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
The potato salad is ready to serve.
