Recipe: Pea Hummus

An easy, nutritious, and delicious recipe for pea hummus, a variation of traditional hummus.
Ingredients:
- 250g boiled peas
- 150g boiled chickpeas
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the peas in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a blender, combine the peas, chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, basil, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
Pea hummus is a perfect accompaniment to many dishes.
