Ministry of Culture Expresses Grief Over the Loss of Ruth Keshishian

The Deputy Ministry of Culture has expressed its deepest sorrow for the death of Ruth Keshishian, noting that her loss leaves an irreplaceable void in Cyprus' culture.
In a statement, the Deputy Ministry of Culture noted that Ruth Keshishian was a rare figure in the cultural landscape of Cyprus, characterized by her passion for literature, history, art, and the culture of Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean.
"Through the Moufflon bookstore, which her father founded, and Moufflon publications, she tirelessly served the intellectual life of the country for decades, offering a welcoming space to all who sought knowledge, dialogue, and cultural interaction," the Deputy Ministry added, expressing its sincere condolences to her family.
