6th BoC Fintech Hackathon 6.0 Innovation Marathon

Bank of Cyprus is organizing the 6th BoC Fintech Hackathon 6.0 Innovation Marathon, an initiative for the implementation of digital applications around Fintech.

The marathon will take place on October 10-12, 2025, with physical presence at the IDEA Innovation Center in Nicosia.

The BoC Fintech Hackathon 6.0 is open to programmers, startups, professionals, students, and anyone interested in contributing to the development of innovative applications.

The goal is to create innovative solutions up to the stage of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Bank of Cyprus will provide technological support through its open banking APIs (sandbox) and SDK (Software Development kit).

Winning teams will receive cash prizes: 1st prize €7,000, 2nd prize €4,000, 3rd prize €2,000, and an additional 2000 euros for the best use of Jinius APIs.
