AAΔE Audits E-shops and Food Delivery Platforms

AAΔE is launching sweeping audits of e-shops, marketplaces, and food delivery platforms, using artificial intelligence to cross-reference bank accounts, courier companies, and platform data.

The focus is on businesses that do not issue receipts and withhold VAT. Special emphasis is placed on cash-on-delivery transactions and businesses that have not started operations.

AAΔE will compare data from platforms with owners' declarations in myDATA and conduct joint audits with other European countries to identify cross-border tax evasion. Platforms that do not cooperate face fines of up to €500,000 and suspension of operations.
