AAΔE: Over 8,000 Parental Benefits and Donations Blocked

More than 8,000 parental benefits and donations were invalidated by AAΔE between January and July, as they did not meet the conditions for the €800,000 tax-free allowance.
The audits revealed violations such as cash transfers and fictitious donations to ineligible individuals. Those involved are required to pay taxes with charges up to 40%.
AAΔE identified cash deposits into children's/grandchildren's accounts instead of using banking channels, as well as 'triangular' donations to ineligible relatives.
In addition, property transfer contracts are being checked for the submission of an ENFIA certificate, with fines for oversights.
