Alpha Bank Cyprus: Bringing Parents and Children Together at Work

Alpha Bank Cyprus is continuing its successful program "Parents and Children TOGETHER at Work" for the fourth year. This initiative allows children aged 15-18 of the bank's employees to experience their parents' workplace.

From July 7th to August 29th, 2025, working parents will have the opportunity to host their children in branches or other departments of Alpha Bank Cyprus. The children will learn about the bank's operations, observe their parents' activities, and participate in tasks.

The program started in 2022 and aims to integrate families into the organization and empower employees.
