Taxi Strike in Cyprus Postponed

The Pancyprian Urban Taxi Union (ΠΟΑΤ) has announced the postponement of the strike scheduled for Tuesday. This decision was made ahead of meetings with the Department of Road Transport, the new President and members of the Parliamentary Committee on Transport, as well as the Licensing Authority.

ΠΟΑΤ described the postponement as a "gesture of goodwill" until the completion of the dialogue. After the meetings, a session will be held to evaluate the data and make decisions.
