Construction Materials Price Index Up by 1.19% in July

The Construction Materials Price Index recorded an annual increase of 1.19% in July 2025, according to the Statistical Service.

The index reached 119.04 units (base 2021=100), showing a marginal monthly increase of 0.01% compared to June 2025.

Changes by product category:

• Minerals: +3.33%
• Mineral products: +3.27%
• Wood, insulation, chemicals, plastics: +0.70%
• Electromechanical items: +0.19%
• Metal products: -1.04%

For the seven-month period of 2025, the index showed an increase of 1.24% compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
