DYPA: Platform Opens for €750 Allowance – Requirements

The platform of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) opened today, Tuesday, March 10, for applications for the program "Skills upgrade and retraining programs in high-demand sectors." The program, under Action 16913, concerns employees in the private sector.
Applications are submitted electronically via gov.gr until the 114,384 available positions are filled.
Participation requirements:
- Salaried employees in the private sector who do not practice a freelance profession.
- Age over 18 years.
- Graduates of at least compulsory education.
- Must not have attended another program of the same action in the last two years (2023-2025).
The program includes 150 hours of training (149 hours of asynchronous and 1 hour of synchronous distance learning) and certification exams. Those who pass the exams will receive a training allowance of up to €750 (gross).
The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, with funding from the European Union, and will be completed on 30.06.2026.
