Share on:

Three new employment programs, aimed at creating 40,000 jobs, are expected to be activated by the Public Employment Service (DYPA) by the end of 2025 or early 2026.

These programs will focus on specific social groups, with particular emphasis on unemployed mothers and long-term unemployed individuals aged 30-55.

The first two programs, expected to start in the first quarter of 2026, will concern 30,000 long-term unemployed and will offer full-time positions in private companies.

The third program will target 10,000 unemployed mothers (5,000 full-time and 5,000 part-time), with a duration of 12 to 15 months and a subsidy of up to 80% of the salary. For full-time employment, the maximum subsidy amount reaches 15,072 euros for 15 months, while for part-time employment, the subsidy amounts to 680 euros per month, or 10,200 euros for 15 months.

The subsidy covers monthly gross earnings, employer contributions, Christmas and Easter bonuses, as well as vacation allowance.

Private companies and employers engaged in legal economic activity in all regions of the country will be eligible to participate.
