Paramount Skydance to Acquire Warner Bros Discovery

American group Paramount Skydance will acquire Warner Bros Discovery in a deal worth $110 billion, including debt.

The new entity will include Warner Bros and Paramount studios, CNN, and streaming services HBO Max and Paramount+.

The agreement ends a lengthy negotiation period, according to a related announcement.
