Smart Meters: Installation Begins in Cyprus Regions

The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) has announced the start of mass installation of smart meters from Monday, 01/09/2025 in the following areas:

Nicosia: Nicosia and Aglantzia (Areas between Larnacos Avenue, Ammochostou Avenue and Kennedy Avenue, on both sides of Kennedy Avenue, on both sides of Larnacos Avenue, area between Larnacos Avenue and Archbishop Makarios III Avenue).

Limassol: Both sides of Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue.

Larnaca: Area between Griva Digeni Avenue, Grigori Afxentiou Avenue and other central roads.

Famagusta: Paralimni (Paralimni Center) and Protaras (both sides of Akephalou Street).

Paphos: Area between Ellados Avenue, Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue and others.

The EAC informs that the meter replacement will take approximately 20 minutes and apologizes for any inconvenience.
