Hellenic Bank Launches 'My Home Rewards' Mortgage Program

Hellenic Bank, a member of the Eurobank Group, has announced the 'My Home Rewards' program, an innovative approach to mortgage lending.

The program rewards new borrowers with cashback of up to €2,000 for purchases of furniture and home equipment. The amount is credited to the Mple Rewards App and can be used at participating businesses such as IKEA, Dimco, MegaElectric, Scandia, Stephanis, Solomou Garden Centre, and Papanicolaou Blinds.

'My Home Rewards' applies to customers who obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase, construction, or renovation of a primary residence through the 'Home Loan' and 'Green Home Loan' programs.

Customers have the option of choosing a fixed interest rate: 2.95% for the first 3 years or 3.10% for the first 5 years.

Interested parties can apply electronically via the Hellenic Bank Mobile App or book an appointment with a bank officer through the 'Book A Meeting' service.
