Millions of Euros Invested to Modernize Alimos Marina

Alimos Marina is entering a modernization phase with a €50 million investment to upgrade its infrastructure. The goal is to attract more international tourists and boost the local economy, while also creating new jobs.

The project, expected to be completed by 2026, includes a complete renovation of the marina's infrastructure. REDS, a member of the Ellaktor group, has undertaken the marina's concession since 2020. The plan includes the construction of a state-of-the-art hotel, shops, restaurants, and offices.

The total investment amounts to €50 million, while the funding for the implementation of the concession from TAIPED reaches €57.5 million.
