Confirmation of Companies' Beneficial Owners Due by 31/12/2025

The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP) announced that all companies established or registered under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, European Public Companies (SE), and all Cooperatives must confirm the details of their Beneficial Owners (BO) in the Beneficial Owners Register (BOR) for the year 2025.

The submission period is from October 1st to December 31st, 2025. Failure to comply will result in a fine of €100 on the first day and €50 for each additional day of delay, up to a maximum of €5,000.
