ETAD: Tender for Historic "Xenia Vytina" Hotel

The Hellenic Public Properties Company (ETAD), a subsidiary of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP), is launching an electronic tender for the long-term lease of the historic "Xenia Vytina" hotel in Arcadia.

The tender will be conducted via the electronic platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr and concerns a 40-year lease, with the possibility of extension for an additional ten years.

The property covers 36,638 sq.m. and includes a non-operational hotel of 1,315.93 sq.m. with 20 double rooms. The "Xenia Vytina" was built in 1961, designed by architect Kostas Bitsios, and was designated as a monument in 2008.

The deadline for submitting supporting documents is March 31, 2026.
