Europe Holdings: Acquisitions and Expansion in Romania

Europe Holdings is considering new acquisitions in the insurance sector, following recent agreements with NAK Insurance Brokers and AMYNA. According to a management announcement at the general meeting, there is interest in expanding into the Romanian market.

Specifically, the company aims to further penetrate sectors such as property, vehicle (especially fleet), liability, personal accident, and health insurance, as well as the guarantee sector, for which Europe Insurance has a license from the Bank of Greece.

Sokratis Kokkalis and Nikos Makropoulos attended the company's general meeting. While specific companies are being considered for potential approach, the planning is in a preliminary stage.
