Pandora Appoints Female CEO, Changes Strategy

Pandora has appointed a female CEO for the first time, marking a change in the company's leadership. Berta de Pablos-Barbier, formerly Chief Marketing Officer, will take over in March, replacing Alexander Lacik, who is retiring.

This move signals an effort towards gender equality in Pandora's leadership team, which has traditionally been predominantly male, in contrast to its customer base. Berta de Pablos-Barbier is the only woman in the eight-member leadership team.
