Electricity Suppliers Association (Σ.Ε.Π.Η.Ε.) Established in Cyprus

The new Electricity Suppliers Association (Σ.Ε.Π.Η.Ε.) held its founding assembly in Cyprus, aiming to strengthen the competitive electricity market. The Association is independent and non-profit.

Σ.Ε.Π.Η.Ε. aims to represent electricity supply companies, complementing existing structures. Key objectives include equal treatment and non-discriminatory access to networks.

The Association will promote the interests of suppliers, transparency, and the energy transition. It will act as an institutional interlocutor with the State.

The first Board of Directors consists of: Georgios Theodotou (President), Georgios Georgiou (Vice President), Fanos Karantonis (General Secretary), Lambros Andreadis and Georgios Karagiorgis (Members).
