Cyprus Tourism: Positive Year in 2025, says K. Koumis

The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Kostas Koumis, stated that 2025 is proving to be a very good year for Cyprus tourism. Speaking on 'Prwino Dromologio', he mentioned an increase in tourist arrivals and revenue of 11.5% compared to last year.

Mr. Koumis expressed his belief that 2025 will see a new double record in arrivals and revenue, noting that the conflict between Israel and Iran did not significantly affect the tourist flow to Cyprus.

Regarding hotel occupancy, the Deputy Minister stated that it reaches almost 100% during the summer period.
