KEBE and OEB: Legislative Regulation of ATA Unconstitutional

KEBE and OEB consider the legislative regulation of ATA in the private sector unconstitutional, according to an opinion by Legal Expert and Constitutionalist, Achilleas Aimilianides.

The opinion has been sent to the President of the Republic and made public. The two organizations express disappointment in the handling of the issue and call on the Government to remain committed to tripartite cooperation.

They note that if the Government chooses the legal route, labor relations will be transferred to the courtrooms.
