EU Commission: Temu Violates Digital Services Act

The European Commission announced that the Chinese-owned e-commerce platform Temu is violating obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA).
According to the Commission, Temu does not adequately assess the risks of distributing illegal products to EU consumers.
The analysis showed a high risk of consumers being exposed to non-compliant and potentially dangerous products.
Temu is called upon to respond to the findings as part of the DSA checks.
