Cyprus: Secret Valley Sold to Columbia Group for €130M

A historic deal exceeding €130 million has been sealed in the Cypriot real estate market. The iconic Secret Valley, formerly known as Venus Rock Golf Resort, in the Paphos district, has been sold to the Columbia Group, marking the largest property sale ever recorded in Cyprus.

The seller is the Real Estate Management Unit (REMU) of the Bank of Cyprus, for which Secret Valley was the largest asset.
