LAMDA and ION: Mega Deal for Ellinikon Project

LAMDA Development and ION Group announced a strategic partnership to create a Research and Innovation Center at Ellinikon. The agreement, worth €450 million, aims to develop a center exceeding €1.5 billion by 2030.

The center will be developed on a 250,000 sq.m. area and will include 50,000 sq.m. of office space, a 1,000-seat amphitheater, and 200,000 sq.m. of residential developments to house 2,000 professionals from 44 countries.

LAMDA will receive €450 million from the transaction, while ION's total investment is expected to exceed €1.5 billion.
