Lidl Cyprus: Lidl UP Program for Young Professionals

Lidl Cyprus has announced that applications are closing for the Lidl UP: Learn & Work program, an education and employment initiative for the next generation of store management executives.

The program offers young people, without prior professional experience, the opportunity to develop into Store Assistant Managers in two years, with initial gross earnings of €1,530, increasing to €1,700 after two years. The program will be implemented in the districts of Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and the free district of Famagusta.

Participants will gain experience in Lidl stores, guidance from experienced Managers, a fixed monthly salary and certification in Retail Management from the Future Skills Hub of the European University Cyprus.
