Logicom: Lower Turnover in H1, Awaiting Demetra Results

IT company Logicom expects lower turnover for the first half of 2025. Profit estimation remains uncertain due to the unavailability of information regarding the expected results of Demetra Holdings.

According to an announcement, turnover is expected to decrease compared to 2024, while operating profit shows a significant decrease due to lower turnover and increased administrative expenses.

Profitability, excluding Demetra Holdings' results, is expected to increase significantly, mainly due to reduced net financing expenses.

Logicom's profits in Q1 2025 increased by 104.3%, reaching €23.9 million from €11.7 million the previous year.

In 2024, the company's turnover amounted to €1.3 billion, operating profit to €37 million, and net profit after tax to €54 million.

Regarding Demetra Holdings, profit after tax amounted to €132.5 million in 2024, while in Q1 2025 it decreased to €5.3 million compared to €20 million in Q1 2024.
