Metlen: London Stock Exchange Listing via Public Offering

Metlen PLC has announced a voluntary public exchange offer for its listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). This move aims to consolidate the Group under a new parent company based in the United Kingdom.
According to the announcement, the Group's support for Greece will continue, maintaining its operations, investments, and workforce in Greece. A secondary listing of Metlen PLC shares on the Athens Stock Exchange (Χ.Α.) is also planned.
The Main Shareholder and its controlled companies, as well as Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, have declared their intention to offer their shares in the Public Offering.
National Bank of Greece S.A. and Piraeus Bank S.A. are acting as advisors to the Proposer for the Public Offering.
The Public Offering concerns the acquisition of all common registered shares of Metlen S.A. not held by Metlen PLC, in exchange for new shares of Metlen PLC at an exchange ratio of one to one.
