Bill Gates: The Habit He Had to Change for Success

Bill Gates, with a fortune of $125 billion and founder of Microsoft, has cited procrastination as a personal weakness he had to overcome to succeed.
During his student years at Harvard, before dropping out to found Microsoft with Paul Allen in 1975, Gates had a reputation as a 'last-minute student.' In a 2005 interview, he revealed that he liked to pretend he wasn't studying or attending classes, while actually preparing for exams at the last minute.
