31-year-old Daniel Tom became a millionaire through his company, Bay Area Sanitation, which specializes in portable toilet rentals.

The company manages approximately 2,000 portable toilets at construction sites and events in the San Francisco Bay Area. It provides a full service, from rental to cleaning and maintenance.

Bay Area Sanitation started in 2023, and in 2025 its turnover reached 4.3 million euros. Tom aims to expand the fleet to 5,000 units and achieve revenues of 10 million euros.

Tom emphasizes that his business meets a basic human need and is not affected by artificial intelligence.
