OPEKEPE: Digital Application Launched for Land Parcels without ΚΑΕΚ

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, December 23, OPEKEPE is launching a special digital application for land parcels of 20 acres or less that do not have a valid ΚΑΕΚ or ΑΤΑΚ, in specific regions of the country, with emphasis on Central Macedonia.

The process will be carried out electronically until Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Responsible declarations submitted until 31/12/2025 will be processed so that beneficiaries can participate in a payment calculation until 15/1/2026. The remaining beneficiaries, provided they submit the Responsible Declaration by 13/1/2026, will participate in a payment calculation until 30/1/2026, OPEKEPE notes.

Regarding Measure 23, €157.5 million has been paid out of the total amount of €177.5 million. The remaining €20 million will be credited in the coming days.

Following a cross-check, it emerged that the problem is limited to 11,219 land parcels, i.e. only 1.66% of the total. For land parcels that remain temporarily pending, the platform for submitting objections will be open from Thursday, January 15, 2026 for one month.
