Tax Return Deadline Extended with 4% Discount

The Ministry of Finance has announced an extension to the deadline for submitting tax returns with a 4% tax discount until May 15, 2026.

The initial deadline of April 30 is extended by two weeks to facilitate taxpayers. Tax returns can be submitted until July 15 (or until July 31 for those participating in legal entities with simple accounting books).

The tax can be paid in a lump sum or in 8 monthly installments, with the first installment due by 31/7/2026. The 4% discount applies if the tax is paid by July 31, 2026.
