VAT Submission Extended to 29/7/2025 Due to TFA Upgrade

The submission of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Return and the payment of the VAT due for the period ending May 31, 2025, as well as the Recapitulative Statement (VIES) for June 2025, are extended until July 29, 2025.

According to the Department of Taxation, the extension is due to a scheduled shutdown of the Tax For All (TFA) system for upgrade purposes.

After July 29, 2025, the submission of the VAT Return, the payment of the VAT due, and the submission of the Recapitulative Statement (VIES) will be considered overdue and subject to financial charges.

Additionally, from July 1, 2025, payments of withheld Tax and Contributions (PAYE/DAS) will not be made through the Tax Portal due to the transfer of the Returns to the TFA system.
