Patmos and Andros Auctions: Toxotis Land and Houses with a View

Land belonging to the bankrupt company «Toxotis» in Patmos is going to auction for the fourth time this week, with a reduced price. The land is located in the settlement of Grikou and consists of 6 plots.

The land was initially put up for auction on October 22, 2025, then on December 3, without result, and on January 14, 2026 with a 20% reduced price.

The week's auctions also include residences in Andros.
