Marousi Land Auction: What Happened to the Unclaimed Properties

An auction was held yesterday for a plot of land in Marousi, which operates as a parking area near the "Ygeia" and "Mitera" hospitals. The plot, with an area of 1,009 sq.m., is located at 10 Erythrou Stavrou Street and was put up for auction by AADE.

The starting bid was 652,500 euros, with the final award being 652,001 euros. Other auctions held on the same day did not result in an award or were suspended.

The plot is located in an area with increased parking needs, which has led to the development of related businesses around private hospitals.
